WHAT IT DOES
GCON4 MFL provides an easy, fast and safe method of migrating and updating massive volume of data to Unit4 ERP (formerly known as Unit4 Business World/Agresso/UBW).
GCON4 MFL enables you to bulk import, update and validate master files and transactional data, as well as associated relations, flexi-fields and document archives in a single step.
HOW IT WORKS
GCON4 MFL uses its own web services to migrate/update data and generates excel templates based on your current Unit4 ERP (formerly known as Unit4 Business World ERP/Agresso/UBW) configurations.
All data is thoroughly validated before migration, providing clear & detailed validation messages on any errors produced during the data migration process.
User setups master files, associated relations & flexi-fields in Unit4 ERP.
GCON4 MFL generates excel templates based on Unit4 ERP configurations.
User completes the excel templates.
User imports & updates master files & transactional data, associated relations, flexi-fields & document archive in a single step with GCON4 MFL
DATA MANAGEMENT
